Where a domain transfer in fails due to circumstances outside of Hostroute's control, the transfer fee is retained by Hostroute. Customer may request a voucher code for half the value of the transfer fee if the transfer does fail.
Please note, CORE automatically tries a number of times to process incoming transfers, subsequently a Hostroute team member tries to resolve the situation manually; ie Hostroute makes a substantial effort to assist customers in transferring domains into us, and therefore cannot be held liable for the failure of transfer ins where circumstances outside our control are responsible.
