In order to reset your password in CORE, you need to visit the following page:
https://core.hostroute.com/reset-password
Enter the email address which is associated with your account, and click "Reset Password". This will send an email to you which will contain directions on how to proceed. Basically, you will follow the link in the email to enter a new password. You will then be logged in, and the password you entered will be the new password for your account.
Do not attempt to login again while you're in the process of resetting your password, or the link in the email will not work correctly.
If you don't remember/have access to the email address associated with your CORE account, you can open a support ticket, and we'll authenticate your account and assign a new, accessible email address so you can properly reset your password using these instructions.
